Born in Khmelnytsky, secondary and higher education received in Kyiv. In 1995 graduated from the Kyiv State EconomicUniversity. Then worked at the International Management Institute, where graduated from graduate school. From 2001 till now works at Kyiv National Economic University as an associate professor.
