Born in 1952. In 1974, she graduated from Kyiv State University named after Taras Shevchenko, majoring in "philosopher, teacher of philosophical disciplines". In 1983, she defended her candidate's thesis on the topic "Formation of spiritual needs of student youth". She received the academic title of associate professor in 2002.
